We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to provide expert support as our first point of contact for users needing assistance.
- Offer timely and professional ICT assistance via multiple channels
- Log, track, and resolve technical issues and service requests with efficiency
- Maintain regular communication with users and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
- Troubleshoot standard desktop applications and hardware to achieve high levels of resolution
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to relevant teams while maintaining ownership until resolution
- Contribute to knowledge bases, documentation, and service improvements
- Support team KPIs and service agreements through diligent workflow and attention to detail
