Help Desk Support Specialist OpportunityJob Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and provide exceptional technical assistance to our staff.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Help Desk role, providing customer support for all IT services, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and effective technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Documenting and escalating complex issues to senior technicians for prompt resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and MS Office 2016 to provide seamless technical support
  • Experience supporting PABX, Citrix, and thin client devices in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a friendly approach to building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
