
Help Desk Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and provide exceptional technical assistance to our staff.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a Help Desk role, providing customer support for all IT services, and will possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and effective technical assistance via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment
- Documenting and escalating complex issues to senior technicians for prompt resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Active Directory, Office 365, and MS Office 2016 to provide seamless technical support
- Experience supporting PABX, Citrix, and thin client devices in a dynamic environment
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a friendly approach to building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
