About the Role
  • Provide Level 1/2 technical support to clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Assess and prioritize client issues based on business impact and technical complexity.
  • Respond to and track incoming technical support ticket requests from clients using our ticketing system.
  • Deploy software and hardware-based solutions, remotely and on-site at client locations, as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of client issues and resolutions.
About You
  • You must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Be positive, energetic, self-motivated, and self-managing.
  • Possess relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hold Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification, or similar.
  • Have 3+ years related technical support experience, preferably in a solution or service provider environment.
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident only.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
Required Technical Experience
  • Knowledge of Windows server operating systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with server hardware, environments, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory and related Windows Security features.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 services.
  • Understanding of Hyper-V virtualization technology.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
