Job Title: Help Desk Specialist

Location: Sydney, AU

This role is ideal for individuals with recent experience in handling customer inquiries via phone in a corporate setting. As a part-time Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking delivery statuses using SAP and coordinating issues with logistics providers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking delivery statuses using SAP
  • Coordinating issues with logistics providers
  • Resolving supply chain discrepancies
  • Entering sales orders as required

Training will be provided for SAP proficiency, but prior experience is not essential. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Working Conditions: Our organization offers a supportive work environment.

Remuneration: $30-32 per hour, plus superannuation available near St Leonards station or street parking.
