Commercial Building Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Building Auditor to perform comprehensive assessments of commercial buildings.
About the Role- Identify and record data on mechanical/electrical building systems, fixtures, and building fabrics, including location and condition.
- Ensure accurate data capture by uploading information as directed to minimize risk of loss.
- Produce detailed reports for assessments when required, focusing on precision and accuracy.
- Maintain accuracy and verify data quality through collaboration with the team.
- Taking precise room measurements and creating basic floor plans.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings. They should have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's license, and be willing to travel regularly. Current registration to work with vulnerable people or the ability to obtain one is also desirable.
