We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Inspector to conduct pre-purchase building inspections, provide thorough reports, and communicate findings in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits to identify defects and issues with properties
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive inspection reports
- Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
Essential:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Ability to invoice as a contractor
- Proficiency in reporting software
- Experience conducting building inspections
- Knowledge of drone technology
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
