- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards (particularly AS
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- ABN and ability to invoice as a contractor
- Tech proficiency (reporting software provided)
Preferred:
- Experience conducting inspections (pre-purchase or building)
- Drone use (not essential but highly regarded)
