Building Inspector

As a building inspector, your key responsibility will be to conduct thorough pre-purchase inspections of properties and provide detailed reports to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect properties prior to purchase
- Deliver comprehensive inspection reports
- Communicate with clients regarding findings
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Strong understanding of Australian Standards (AS 4349.1)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- ABN and ability to invoice as a contractor
- Proficiency in reporting software
This role offers opportunities for ongoing training and compliance with industry standards. You will also have access to reporting software to assist with report completion.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience conducting inspections
- Knowledge of drone use (not essential but highly regarded)
- Do you hold a current Australian driver's license?
