Building Inspector Position Available

We are seeking a professional with in-depth knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical services, and experience conducting asset data capture projects for buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Record data on the type, location, and condition of relevant mechanical/electrical systems, fixtures, and building fabrics.
- Provide accurate data capture to minimize risk of data loss and ensure seamless uploads.
- Produce detailed reports for assessments as required.
- Maintain accuracy and verify data quality through collaboration with the team.
- Conduct room measurements and create basic floor plans.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings.
- A reliable vehicle, valid Australian driver's license, and willingness to travel.
- Current registration to work with vulnerable people or ability to obtain it.
- An exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in using smartphones, laptops, tablets, and cameras.
- A professional demeanor and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
