Selection Criteria
Required:
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
Strong understanding of Australian Standards (particularly AS 4349.1)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
ABN and ability to invoice as a contractor
Tech proficiency (reporting software provided)
Preferred:
Experience conducting inspections (pre-purchase or building)
Drone use (not essential but highly regarded)
