We are seeking a skilled Building Auditor to conduct thorough inspections of buildings and provide accurate reports for assessments.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings. They will be required to record data on mechanical/electrical systems, fixtures and building fabrics.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings recording data on mechanical/electrical systems, fixtures and building fabrics.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports for assessments when required.
- Engage with colleagues to maintain accuracy and verify data capture quality.
- Take room measurements and sketch basic floorplans.
- Demonstrated experience with inspections/data capture projects across large commercial buildings.
- A valid Australian driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People or ability to obtain one.
- Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Proficient with smartphone laptop tablet and camera use.
