About the Role

The House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) is a pivotal position that oversees the delivery of high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable young people in intensive therapeutic settings.

This role operates within a trauma-informed framework, focusing on leadership, supervision, support, and development of the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team. Collaboration with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator, and other ITC staff ensures comprehensive therapeutic care for young people to heal from trauma and reach their full potential.

This permanent full-time opportunity is based in Thereas Park NSW as part of our Intensive Therapeutic Care program and reports to the ITC Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
