**Job Title:** Therapeutic Support Manager

The position of Therapeutic Support Manager is a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality care and support services to children and young people with complex needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of therapeutic youth workers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to provide effective interventions and achieve positive outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team to ensure effective service delivery
  • Managing staff rosters and staffing levels to meet the needs of the service
  • Coordinating and monitoring case plans and leaving care plans for children and young people
  • Managing complaints and allegations, and providing immediate responses in consultation with senior managers

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant management experience working with children and young people with disabilities and complex care needs
  • A minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience managing staff who work in crisis situations
  • Knowledge and experience working within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and administration skills, including computer literacy
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and receive feedback and guidance
