Residential Therapeutic Services Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Therapeutic Support Workers in a therapeutic residential care home. As the manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and work closely with clinical teams to deliver safe, structured, and nurturing care to children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and may live with a disability.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child or young person.
- Lead a team of staff members to ensure high-quality care and support services are delivered.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work / Welfare, Social Sciences, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of ITC, child protection frameworks, and trauma-informed care.
- Ability to coach staff and manage complex behaviors.
