About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized therapeutic care services to residents, including exercise sessions, therapy programs, and support for daily living activities.
  • To collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident progress and participate in regular team meetings to discuss resident outcomes.
  • To contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for quality enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering world-class care services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
