Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of an intensive therapeutic care house. The successful candidate will work closely with a small team to provide individualized support to young people in our care.

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to principles of Intensive Therapeutic Care
  • Provide strengths-based solutions focused supervision, support, and mentoring to Youth Workers
  • Manage house finances, administration, client records, and reporting while ensuring compliance with incident management and child protection requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A strong understanding of Out of Home Care Services, Intensive Therapeutic Care, and child protection
  • Experience working with high-risk or vulnerable children and young people in an out-of-home care environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
