You'll work within a trauma-informed and child-centred care framework, building trusting relationships and providing day-to-day emotional and practical support that truly changes lives.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing consistent, nurturing care and emotional support

Implementing individual therapeutic care plans

Supporting daily routines, including meals, schooling, appointments, and recreational activities

Promoting social, emotional, and life skills development

Maintaining accurate records and working closely with a multidisciplinary care team

What You'll Bring

A Cert IV or Diploma in Youth Work, Community Services, or a related field (or currently studying)

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

National Police Clearance

First Aid & CPR certification

A valid Driver's Licence

Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a trauma-informed or residential care environment
