About ESTA
ESTA is the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies, partnering with those agencies to improve service delivery to the community.
It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for police, fire, ambulance and VICSES.

About The Role:
The Industrial Relations Advisor will provide best practice and risk insights to achieve organisational objectives. This position plays a key role in driving change and enabling a high-performance workforce, anticipating the future needs and sustainability of ESTA.
With a proactive approach, you will lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and key workforce initiatives ensuring good governance within the parameters of the strategy and Victorian public sector requirements.
You will take a long-term view in your advice and develop the roadmap for strategic workforce objectives.
