Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH SENIOR LEADERS TO DELIVER TAILORED STRATEGIES THAT ELEVATE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE AND ORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITY.
  • PROVIDE EXPERT GUIDANCE ON COMPLEX MATTERS INCLUDING INVESTIGATIONS, DISPUTES, RETURN TO WORK CASES AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT.
  • SUPPORT AND INFLUENCE ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS THAT ALIGN WITH OPERATIONAL PRIORITY.
  • DELIVER PRAGMATIC HR ADVICE ACROSS THE EMPLOYEE LIFECYCLE INCLUDING RECRUITMENT, COMPLIANCE AND WORKFORCE PLANNING.
  • LEVERAGE PEOPLE DATA AND INSIGHTS TO IDENTIFY TRENDS, SHAPE WORKFORCE INITIATIVES AND INFORM DECISION-MAKING.
  • DRIVE ENTERPRISE-WIDE CHANGE INITIATIVES AND LEAD HR PROJECTS FROM IDEATION THROUGH EXECUTION.

You are a commercially savvy professional, with a proven ability to operate in complex environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources or Business.
  • Proven experience in a Business Partner or Senior Advisor role within a large environment.
  • Deep understanding of Australian employment law and industrial instruments.
  • Track record of managing sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Capability to balance risk and commercial outcomes in strategic delivery.
