This role partners with senior leaders to deliver HR operational plans and build strong relationships to influence and support business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity, with demonstrated expertise in organisational design, change management, talent & development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR operational plans aligned with key HR stakeholders and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders to influence and support workforce strategy.
- Provide strategic HR advice as a trusted advisor on organisational design, change management, talent & development, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements:
- 7+ years HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity within a large, dynamic global organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational design, change management, talent & development.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence complex business transformations.
- Strong consulting skills and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
- English language proficiency; additional language in APAC region is an advantage.
- Solution-oriented with strong resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
