Job Summary

Proclinical is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic workforce solutions that align with global HR objectives.

This role partners with senior leaders to deliver HR operational plans and build strong relationships to influence and support business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity, with demonstrated expertise in organisational design, change management, talent & development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR operational plans aligned with key HR stakeholders and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders to influence and support workforce strategy.
  • Provide strategic HR advice as a trusted advisor on organisational design, change management, talent & development, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years HR experience in a business partnering or consulting capacity within a large, dynamic global organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational design, change management, talent & development.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence complex business transformations.
  • Strong consulting skills and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • English language proficiency; additional language in APAC region is an advantage.
  • Solution-oriented with strong resilience, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.
