Workforce Attraction Strategist

About the Role
  • Develop proactive talent sourcing, pipelining, and acquisition expertise to lead workforce attraction strategies.
  • Utilise various sourcing and marketing channels to identify hard-to-fill roles and collaborate with key stakeholders to address current skills shortages.
  • Position the organisation as an Employer of Choice by highlighting its diverse and supportive environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with key stakeholders to implement workforce planning actions in the Strategic Workforce Plan and Recruitment and Retention Plan.
  • Building the capability for effective hiring decisions by supporting Hiring Managers in designing targeted hiring strategies and activities.
  • Developing networks and engaging in industry forums to target talent markets locally and internationally.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience providing strategic recommendations and solutions to meet workforce planning needs.
  • Excellent relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to undertake consultative processes, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of attraction, recruitment, and selection strategies, particularly best practice.
