Senior Project Support Specialist

The period of appointment is on a fixed-term flexible basis, up to 73.5 hours per fortnight, for two years.

Duties
  • Collaborate with divisional and branch staff to prepare for, manage, and deliver identified projects and new capabilities.
  • Coordinate the implementation, delivery, and support of the new external Boards' Management solution.
  • Lead medium-scale project definition, approach, facilitation, risk management, and completion.
  • Apply suitable project management methods and tools, ensuring timely reviews according to procedure.
  • Manage change implementation processes and assist users in their transition.
  • Foster open communication and discussion between stakeholders.
  • IDentify specific measures to monitor benefits against the business case.
  • Develop project documentation, updates, progress reports, etc., and present project reports to project management and Steering Committee's.
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team.
Desirable Requirements
  • A Bachelor-level qualification in business administration, governance, or a related field or higher.

Salary and Benefits

Based on industry standards and the location, the estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.
