Job Description:
The Department of Justice seeks a highly skilled Specialist in High-Risk Offender Management to join our team. This is a critical role that requires expertise in complex offender case management and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive framework for managing high-risk offenders.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for complex offenders.
- Provide evidence-based one-on-one counseling and interventions to high-risk offenders.
- Design and procure community-based interventions to support staff and offenders in managing criminogenic risks.
- Participate in case review and peer supervision frameworks to ensure best practices.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling from a recognized university.

Compensation and Benefits:
