About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Administrator, providing general project administration support to the CDO, specifically in SharePoint administration, vehicle management, and management of expense claims.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the CDO Project Central SharePoint Support Mailbox, coordinating and responding to all enquiries, and actioning folder and document permission requests and new user requests.
You'll also assist staff with CITRIX IT issues, work alongside stakeholders to troubleshoot general issues that may arise, and liaise with UGL to resolve access issues.
An additional key responsibility will be to manage all pool vehicle enquiries and bookings, coordinate vehicles for new starters, and arrange Purchase Orders and assist with bookings for servicing and maintenance.
You'll be required to maintain a filing system on Project Central for relevant project documentation, ensure that relevant approvals have been obtained, and provide general administrative support.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in computers, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and Visio, and have experience in providing IT support and general administrative support.

- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels in the organisation.
- High degree of knowledge and experience in managing SharePoint functions.

- Experience in providing IT support.
- Experience in providing general administrative support (including processing of expense claims)
A competitive salary is offered for this position, estimated to be around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
