Policy and Advisory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality policy advice and recommendations.
- Participate in policy discussions related to the National Redress Scheme and support the development of systems to meet regular reporting requirements.
- Develop, manage, and coordinate legislative and policy projects, including preparing project and policy documentation.
- Undertake research and prepare strategic advice on emerging legislative and policy issues.
- Prepare high-level documents for senior executives, including correspondence, minutes, and cabinet papers.
Essential Requirements:
- A current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
Estimated Salary: AU$73,500 - AU$83,000 per annum (based on 73.50 hours per fortnight).
