About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team and oversee the management of a diverse commercial portfolio. As the Director focuses on business growth, you will take over the management of approximately 100 properties.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the current portfolio to a high standard, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with clients.
  • Work closely with the Director to improve and grow the department, identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to achieve success.
  • Liaise with tenants on matters such as lease administration and occupancy issues, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance by owners and tenants, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with contracts and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of property management.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to a changing industry, embracing new technologies and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience in a commercial department (all levels considered), with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
