Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee the commercial portfolio of up to 200 properties.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in managing a commercial or residential property portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and written skills, corporate attire, and proficiency in a Property Management program.
  • A current and valid Agent Representative Certificate and Driver's License are also required.

Work Environment

This position is based in the Melbourne area, primarily focusing on local and outer suburbs. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Remuneration

A competitive salary ranging from $65K to $80K + superannuation, depending on experience, will be offered to the successful candidate.
