Commercial Portfolio Leader

We are seeking a seasoned property professional to lead the day-to-day operations of our commercial portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee a dedicated team and a diverse mix of quality assets.
- Lead the management of our commercial portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a small team of property managers and a trust accountant.
- Oversee lease administration, tenant relationships, and maintenance coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in commercial property management (leadership or senior PM role).
- Strong knowledge of property legislation, leases, and trust accounting principles.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a small team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
