Senior Commercial Portfolio Administrator

This is an opportunity to progress your career in property portfolio management. You will be responsible for overseeing a substantial portfolio of 130 commercial properties located in the inner eastern suburbs.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property portfolio management with a strong understanding of commercial property operations. They should also possess excellent communication skills and administrative abilities with further training in property management software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties
- Liaising with owners and tenants, handling inquiries, compliance, maintenance requests, and condition reports
- Portfolio management duties, including inspections and routine tasks with assistance
