We have an exciting opportunity available for a seasoned Hotel Duty Manager who will lead by example and drive hotel operations forward.

This is an excellent time to be part of a totally revamped establishment on the Gold Coast, offering career growth and development opportunities. You will be responsible for leading high-calibre hotel venues with a strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.

You will maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and government regulations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts, completing cash reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner, and proactively supervising staff to promote a harmonious team environment.

We are seeking committed, trustworthy, and responsible professionals who have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and are professionally presented and groomed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example with a "lead by example" management style
  • Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and government regulations
  • Proactively supervise staff to promote a harmonious team environment
  • Complete cash reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in food and beverage management in a high-calibre hotel venue
  • Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
  • Professionally presented and groomed at all times
