Job Overview

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and resorts. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service by handling calls, mail, messages, and valet requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate guest records, including Guest History updates and registration details.
  3. Diary Events: Action diary events, flags, specials, and distribute relevant reports and handovers as required.
  4. Housekeeping Liaison: Liaise with Housekeeping for room status updates and manage lost property communication.
  5. Daily Tasks: Complete daily worksheets, Express Check-out envelopes, and follow Night Audit tasks as necessary.
  6. Accuracy: Maintain the highest level of accuracy in all aspects of night auditing.
