Benefits and perksCareer growth and development opportunitiesConveniently located and in close proximity to public transportSkills and experienceThe successful candidate will have the following:Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high-calibre hotel venue with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and government regulations.Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.Complete all cash reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner.Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successful marketing ideas would be looked upon favourably.Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.We are seeking committed, trustworthy, and responsible professionals.
