Duty Hotel Operations Manager

Are you a highly motivated and experienced individual with excellent leadership skills looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautifully presented and conveniently located establishment, offering an outstanding hospitality experience. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hotel activities, maintaining high standards of service, and promoting a harmonious team environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations, including staff supervision and training.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act, and government regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff.
