Leadership Role

The Assistant / Duty Manager plays a pivotal role in our Leadership Team, overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Led an internal team to deliver outstanding customer experiences by fostering a culture of excellence and driving exceptional service standards.
  • Maintained venue standards through rigorous cleaning and presentation protocols.
  • Crafted a positive work environment where team members can thrive and grow professionally.
  • Adapted to rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends, and public holidays to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Possessed current RSA & RSG certification.
  • Holder of preferred but not mandatory RMLV/Approved Manager qualifications.
  • Held CLO qualification preferably but not mandatorily.
  • No prior management experience was required for suitable candidates.
