We are seeking a seasoned hotel operations leader to spearhead our Northern Team. This is a rare opportunity for a driven and customer experience-focused professional who thrives on creating truly memorable experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and guide resort operations across multiple properties, including The Sebel Palm Cove, Ramada Resort by Wyndham Port Douglas, Club Wyndham Mission Beach, Club Wyndham Airlie Beach, Ramada by Wyndham Marcoola Beach, Ramada By Wyndham Golden Beach, Club Wyndham Surfers Paradise, Club Wyndham Kirra Beach
  • Be responsible for leading and developing teams in all aspects of resort operations
  • Drive performance improvements and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio
  • Maintain excellent product and service standards while maximizing revenue and balancing expenses
