We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as the Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for overseeing and leading the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
- Strategic Partnership: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including ANZ Sales and Channel Leadership, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Technical Enablement: Drive the technical enablement of our partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver successful solutions to our customers.
- Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ANZ Sales, Channel, Customer Success, and Marketing, to develop business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Event Management: Plan and execute technical enablement events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences, to educate our partners and customers on the latest Zoom solutions.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of experience leading a technical pre-sales direct and channels organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and executive presence.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Unified Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) industries, including solution, technology, and product offerings from leading vendors.
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
