Role Overview
As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow an existing portfolio of high-net-worth client relationships by developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver customized banking solutions that meet their wealth needs.
- Work with colleagues across the organization to identify and address complex lending and wealth management requirements.
- Manage client relationships to retain existing business and identify new growth opportunities.
- Refer clients to senior private bankers or executives as required for complex lending or wealth management needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, processes, and risk controls, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-client (KYC) obligations.
- Identify and manage incidents, support incident resolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or relationship management roles in the financial services industry.
- Prior experience in originating consumer credit products.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is highly desirable.
