**The Position**:
With Melbourne's CBD rental market expanding, we are seeking both an experienced Property Manager (minimum 2 years) and a driven Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Possession of a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, especially in handling tenant relations and lease agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of the rental real estate market, with experience in managing residential properties preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple properties and tenant inquiries.

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Schedule**:
