High-End Residential Project Leader

This role presents a unique opportunity to join a small, elite team of construction professionals who share a passion for building quality and design.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex architectural builds, collaborating with an experienced Director and a capable delivery team to shape the process from the ground up.

These projects demand strong buildability expertise, client focus, and technical knowledge. You will work closely with clients and architects, supported by a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Site Manager, and labour team, ensuring every stage is delivered to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years as a PM locally, delivering high-end residential projects over $5 million or technically complex builds in the commercial or multi-residential sector. This might involve projects with basements, suspended slabs, off-form concrete, or detailed finishes where site control and client-facing skills were critical.
