Elite Athletic Performance Coach

Our organisation is a leading high-performance facility that offers comprehensive services including physiotherapy, remedial massage, myotherapy, podiatry, and dietetics. Our team specialises in training elite competitive level athletes as well as young and developing athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strength and power programs for elite and emerging athletes
- Lead outdoor conditioning sessions as required
- Assist in designing rehabilitation programs while collaborating with our physiotherapists, podiatrists, and surgeons
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field; Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning preferred
- Human Movement / Coaching / Exercise / Sports Science degree
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in conditioning both emerging and elite athletes/teams
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- A unique opportunity combining AFL pathway management and private sector coaching
- Hands-on experience in both elite sporting pathways and a professional performance environment
