The role of Elite Client Success Specialist is focused on building strong relationships with high-value clients, providing them with tailored solutions to overcome individual trading challenges, and promoting various educational and functionality solutions.

This specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with elite clients through regular communication and personalized support
  • Identifying client needs and providing solutions to help them achieve their trading goals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
  • Actively contributing to the growth and development of the client base

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a phone sales environment
  • Previous experience as an account manager and/or dealing with clients (preferably high net worth clients)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to put the client first
  • Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills
  • Sound decision making and critical thinking
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly and interest in coaching others
  • Proficient numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred but not essential:

  • Understanding of financial markets and trading strategies
  • RG146 Financial Services General Advice qualification
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader software
