About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Operations Specialist to lead our culinary operations with passion and dedication. This vital role plays a key part in delivering exceptional care and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food offerings that meet the dietary needs of our clients, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain awareness of nutrition, healthy eating, and allergens/dietary requirements, providing expert advice and guidance to colleagues.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, minimizing wastage, and promoting efficient workflows.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and communication skills, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has HACCP food handling experience and a proven track record of managing kitchen operations.
- Possesses excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements, with a strong understanding of nutritional principles.
- Is able to work autonomously, making informed decisions and taking ownership of projects.
