Job Description

The Role of an Executive Culinary Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced culinary professional looking to take their skills to the next level.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality food according to standard recipes. You will work closely with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and inspire passion and enthusiasm in the team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and produce high-quality food according to standard recipes.
  • Work closely with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Inspire passion and enthusiasm in the team.
  • Champion hazard identification and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Chef with a passion for culinary arts and demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery/Culinary Arts from a registered training provider.
  • Experience working with and creating experiences with a variety of cuisines is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach to work.
