About the Job

As an esteemed leader, you will oversee the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team, guiding them in their mission to drive Zoom's success.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading pre-sales engineering teams in Software as a Service (SaaS) vendors, with a strong emphasis on Unified Collaboration as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

This role requires a self-driven experienced leader who can work closely with the ANZ Solutions Engineering team to remove obstacles and allow them to focus on their priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ANZ Field and Partner Solutions Engineering team
  • Develop and execute the technical ANZ pre-sales direct and channels/partner strategy
  • Drive the Zoom vision through in-person presentations at key customer and partner-facing events
  • Collaborate with ANZ sales, channel, customer success, and marketing cross-functional partners to build business plans
  • Define and implement Zoom partner technical enablement and demand generation events
  • Cultivate and mentor both experienced and early-in-career (EIC) team members
  • Handle business, technical, personnel, and customer escalations

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a technical pre-sales direct and channels organisation
  • Strong business acumen, presentation skills, and executive presence
  • In-depth knowledge of industry competitors including solution, technology, and product offerings from Microsoft, RingCentral, 8x8, Nice, Cisco Systems, and other vendors
  • Able to break down complex problems and deliver a cohesive recommendation
  • Typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS)/Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package for this leadership role. The estimated annual salary is $AUD 140,000 - $160,000 based on market standards and location (Sydney or Melbourne).
