About the Role

This Senior HR Business Partner role will see you accountable for shaping and delivering people priorities to support the Global Markets Business in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify and develop key people initiatives that deliver on business strategy and end-user needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business to ensure delivery of the Division's Talent and Culture agenda.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and develop key people initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Define and support people interventions in collaboration with other T&C colleagues to drive short and long-term performance.
  • Coach senior leaders and key SMEs in the business to help them with their key business, people leadership, stakeholder, and career development priorities.
  • Use data and insights from end-users and across the business to proactively recommend people solutions and provide strategic support to leaders.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • Talent and Culture business partnering experience with demonstrated skills in impacting the delivery of aspirational culture.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills including the ability to influence outcomes and coach senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale organisational change.
  • A track record of collaboration and connectivity across multiple and diverse teams to enable outcomes.
About the Opportunity

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney NSW 2000. You will be working full-time, 40 hours per week. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
