Head of Engineering Manager ANZ Role Summary

The Head of Engineering Manager ANZ will lead the Botany Environment and Engineering functions, providing strategic direction to ensure effective maintenance and engineering strategies for our Botany site.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing:
  • Set direction and policy for all engineering-related matters, managing P&L and communicating strategy with business and direct team.
  • Be the owner of Technical Centre of project deployment (Facilities, Utilities, Sustainability and Reliability maintenance), adhering to compliance and regulations.
  • Take the lead on site capability, taking ownership of technical training for the team, promoting an environment of inclusivity/diversity.
  • Ensure site leadership for technology life cycle management for Process, Packaging, PCIS, Utilities, and Facilities systems.
  • Site Technical leadership of smart factory digitization journey.
  • Build and maintain Plant Technical Masterplan, including 10-year facility and asset plan.
  • Ensure plant facility and utilities systems are part of Autonomous Maintenance and Reliability Maintenance journey and maintenance systems are in place.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in engineering and people leadership experience. As a key member of our Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT), you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team.

Your Recipe For Success:
  • You will have relevant Bachelor of Science degree in either Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or another related field.
  • You will have up to 10 years' experience in a relevant role within FMCG, particularly food.
  • You will have technical knowledge across multiple disciplines.
  • You will have previous working experience within a factory environment.
  • You will have previous experience leading teams, fostering an environment of inclusion and diversity.
Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum
