Claims Advisor Role

This is a busy and varied role that involves managing a portfolio of claims from inception to resolution.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims, as well as excellent analytical skills and technical expertise.

The role entails managing and negotiating claims, obtaining and reviewing medical, financial, investigative and rehabilitation reports, ensuring legislative compliance timeframes are met, and adopting strategies to resolve claims efficiently.

  • Manage and negotiate claims, including communication with solicitors and direct claimants, through phone calls, correspondence, and settlement conferences/hearings.
  • Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to facilitate accurate assessments of individual claims.
  • Ensure timely compliance with legislative requirements, while continuously monitoring and updating medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports.
  • Pursue cost-effective resolutions for claims.
  • Educate injured claimants on early access to appropriate rehabilitation, enabling them to achieve optimal recovery from their injuries.
  • Negotiate settlements with solicitors in line with legislative, regulatory, and procedural guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the legislative authority, employers, and injured claimants by adhering to legislation, maintaining prompt response times, and optimizing processing efficiency.
