Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in delivering high-quality care and service innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Handling payments
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
  • Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Requirements:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is available to work Monday to Friday in a brand new clinic
  • Has previous receptionist experience in a psychology clinic (desirable but not necessary)
  • Is committed to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Has a proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
  • Has exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
