This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Locum Registered Nurse in a variety of settings across Australia. Job DescriptionWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. You will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including community, inpatient, acute, and specialist areas, and will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals who share your commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and preferences
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve optimal health outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence
- Monitor and report on patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health nursing, particularly in case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of relevant policies and procedures
