Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the hospice setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and families to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient responses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records to support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of operation.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or a similar setting.
  • Knowledge of the hospice philosophy and commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
